Based on more than 20 years of manufacturing experience and effort, our company has possessed plastic products factory (Shantou Linghai Plastic Packing Factory CO. Ltd) and plastic thermoforming machine production base. Now we have become main plastic packaging manufacturer in China and also are authorized as supplier of disposable plastic products for Coca-Cola. Our research and development group independently designs and manufactures full-automatic high speed plastic thermoforming machine and working efficiency is up to 50 cycles/min.
We also have our own R&D team, consistently innovating new products and also to provide feasible production suggestions, as well as technical support from the mold making and technology training for our customers. Auto is equipped with several large, automatic CNC production machines, including a vertival machine center, CNC milling machine and gantry machining center, etc. These machines allow us to be very precise in our production with their precision up to 0.03mm, which promotes our development and ensures stable, high-quality products.
